Nellor BioMedical Building - Steam Boiler Addition

Project Description: Design / Build Commercial: Install High Pressure Steam Boilers, a Deaerator, and associated piping that provides steam for cleaning laboratory equipment.
Project Equipment: Two 50 HP Fulton Boilers with Webster Full Modulating Gas and Oil Burners. One Shipco Single Compartment Deaerator with Duplex Grundfos Boiler Feedwater Pumps.
Project Design Notes: This Project was a Design / Build project in which D&D Plumbing, Inc. was responsible for designing and installing the system in order to provide up to 2,658 lbs/hr of 80 psi steam. The system was designed to meet the UMC, ASME Power Piping Codes, and the Nevada Boiler Codes. The project was a success and has been in operation since July of 2003.
